Our team was retained to lease 3,280 SF of vacant retail space in the 50,000 SF Discount Drug Mart Plaza in Columbus, OH. The property was constructed in 2001 and has experienced some turnover with tenants in recent years. We fully leased the space within 52 days from executing our listing agreement to a coffee shop user at our asking rate and with minimal TIA required.
