The Ivory Room, a prestigious event venue managed by Cameron Mitchell Premier Events (CMPE), was experiencing declining bookings due to road construction disrupting access at its Miranova Place location. In just 45 days, Passov Group successfully negotiated a deal with the property developer, securing the Municipal Light Plant for CMPE.
