About the Project

When news broke that a new multifamily development in Grove City would displace several local tenants, Passov Group’s Jakob Passov reconnected with existing client Charles Starr to identify a new home for Starr Spinal. Nearly a year later, after evaluating multiple relocation options, the ideal site was secured at 855 Grandview Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. Working alongside listing agent Michelle Fude of Allied Real Estate Services, Jakob finalized lease negotiations in early August, with occupancy beginning September 1.
