BEREA, Ohio - Heather Doeberling and Emily Moes love a challenge. In 2016, a regular at their Boca Loca Burrito Factory in Berea told them that if they served wings, he'd be there every day. Naturally, the duo starting playing around in the kitchen until they perfected their recipe and began selling the wings once a week. On the night of the 2017 Super Bowl, they sold 300 pounds of wings.

     "All of this out of a burrito place, with one fryer and no wings on the menu," Doeberling recalls. "So at that point, I said 'Okay, Emily, I think these wings need a home for themselves.'"
