Austin Loconti is the Managing Partner of Passov Group-Columbus, where he demonstrates exceptional leadership and expertise in the real estate industry. With a strong focus on NNN Retail Investment Sales, as well as retail tenant and landlord representation for leasing, Austin oversees all operations, underwriting, transactions, consultations, and strategies employed by his team and 3rd party partnerships.

Austin is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance & Development from Georgetown University, expected to graduate as a member of the class of 2025. Prior to this, he completed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, where he earned a degree with a specialization in Accounting. Notably, during his time at The Ohio State University, Austin's exceptional leadership skills and commitment to excellence were recognized when he was selected to participate in the FCOB Dean's Leadership Academy. As an alumnus of University School, class of 2016, Austin developed a strong foundation for his future endeavors. Additionally, he holds an Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License since June 2018, further enhancing his knowledge and expertise in the real estate market.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Austin has a diverse range of personal interests including sports, technology, architecture, interior design, food, and traveling. With his comprehensive education, extensive experience, and broad range of interests, Austin remains a leader in the ever-evolving real estate landscape.
