Noah Dewhirst specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment grade retail properties across the country. He has over 10 years of diverse real estate experience, beginning at the ground level in his teenage years.
Prior to joining us at Passov Group, Noah spent about 3.5 years at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. On the real estate team, Noah was responsible for underwriting lease negotiations and capital investments across the globe. His scope required him to make financial recommendations for over half of Abercrombie's store fleet, which included nearly 800 locations across Abercrombie, Abercrombie kids, Hollister and Gilly Hicks brands, throughout his tenure. Noah also worked as a Real Estate Law Intern during multiple winter and summer breaks from college.
Noah bought his first investment property at the age of 22, furthering his interest in and appreciation for the world of real estate. Being a landlord allows him to approach the full cycle of real estate with a much wider range of perspective, contributing to better understanding his clients' needs.
Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Noah credits his interest in the real estate industry to his dad, whom he has worked alongside in real estate investing, real estate law and property management, from a young age. Noah studied Economics and Finance at Miami University, where he was a senator on Miami's Associated Student Government, as well as a member of the Real Estate Club.
