Austin Loconti, Managing Partner of Passov Group-Columbus, represented Zoom Room, a dog training concept, in opening their first franchised location in Central OH.  The client had a strong preference to be in the New Albany, Gahanna market and we were able to locate a new construction property in between both markets and also Westerville. The terms of the lease included a 10 YR base term with options.
